But sometimes accidents happen. That's why every piece of jewelery comes with a full lifetime guarantee.

Is the chain broken? Has the pendant been broken? We will exchange for a new one completely free of charge.

Just for info: Our lifetime warranty only covers damage. This does not apply to minor scares from natural wear and tear. So if your item is lost, stolen or destroyed by yourself or someone else on purpose, unfortunately we cannot replace it.

Does the size you ordered not quite fit?

Then we have a free exchange. This means paying both the return freight and the new freight of the correct size.
