Wrong size
You can exchange for a different size or design at no extra cost. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Northern Legacy product. If you are unsatisfied, you can return any Northern Legacy product within 365 days of your order date, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Contact our customer support team at support@nlegacy.com to arrange the return. All returns must be unused and in original condition. All items must be returned to:

- Order number
- Desired size or specify if you want your refund in cash.
Once we receive it and verify that it has not been used, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
Here's how you do it:
- Cut a strip of paper or a thin string of at least 8 cm.
- Wrap it around your ring finger at the base of the knuckle.
- Use a pen or pencil to mark where the ends overlap.
- Lay it flat and use a ruler to measure the length in millimeters (MM)
- Use the "NL Ring Size Guide" chart to find the corresponding ring size
Cold weather can cause your fingers to shrink slightly, while heat or fluid retention can cause your fingers to swell.
Northern Legacy Ring Size Guide
