Did the chain snap? Has the pendant been broken? We'll take care of it.
Just for info: Our lifetime warranty only covers damage. This does not apply to minor scratches from natural wear and tear. So if your item is lost, stolen or destroyed by yourself or someone else on purpose, unfortunately we cannot replace it

Do the jewelry pieces last?
Our jewelry is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel and coated with an industrial Physical Vapor Deposition coating, making the pieces resistant and durable against water, sweat, perfume, and wear.
Therefore, the jewelry does not rub off and only loses color under very harsh wear.
If the unfortunate happens, and you should damage a necklace or against all odds a ring loses its color, do not despair - there is a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry. Hence, we will exchange your piece for a new one for free.
