SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY:

 
We offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders above €100. You will enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Depending on your location the "Shipping including track and trace number", the lead delivery time is:
Danish orders: 1-2 business days (weekends + public holidays does not count)*.
EU orders: 3-5 business days (weekends + public holidays does not count)**.
​International orders: 5-15 business days (weekends + public holidays does not count)**.


​​​You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, and another notification when it's shipped out. Danish orders are shipped by courier PostNord or GLS and all international orders by either PostNord/DPD or GLS.

RETURNS:

We offer EASY 365 days returns on all orders! Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 365 days of delivery. We want you to love your Northern Legacy goods. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Northern Legacy goods within 365 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition

Please leave a note in the shipment with: 1. order number, 2. Desired size or state if you want your refund in cash. Once we receive it and verify that it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

RETURNS
As our customer, you have the right to return the goods within 365 days from purchase:
The right applies if the following conditions are met:
- That the product is returned in exactly the same condition as received.
- That the product is not used in any way which obviously reduces the sales value.

If you want to return your product using mail services, you may re-use the same packaging in which the product arrived.
For exchange or refund, please contact support@nlegacy.com before the goods are returned. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if you want a refund. Discount products are not included in our free return policy.


COMPLAINTS
In case of errors or defects you may complain to the Support team: support@nlegacy.com 
We ensure 24 months warranty period (see the criteria below for full warranty) - but remember to save your receipt.
The full warranty presupposes that the goods’ faults / defects are not caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behavior that has led to the damage / defect. 
The customer’s responsibility is to claim refund within a reasonable time after you have found the defect / damage.
Complaints considered timely are those announced two months after the item is received.
We reserve the right to remedy a defect / damage with an undamaged item rather than repay the purchase price.
Please be informed that a justified complaint is going to be settled by either repair of your product or replacement with a new one of the same kind.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute is settled according the Danish law and according the law of the ordinary courts.
